Finally have a local fast food restaurant that’s not part of a big chain. Glad we tried it and I love it. - this is fast food, daily special only 11 bucks, what more can u expect? Certainly 5 star!! - super clean, much better than McDonald’s - not a busy Monday, cashier even did the table service for my parents and they loved the experience.
There must've been 20 scallops on my plate.So delicious cooked perfectly still slightly juicy I was in heaven eating this meal..cant get that anywhere in the city ...
This old school fast food restaurant is not part of the big chains. It is a rare gem and worth checking out. Try the cheeseburger combo or club sandwich plate. I try and stop here anytime I'm driving through Truro. The fries are off the hook. To the owner, this place could be truly amazing with a little bit more effort in marketing.
Had a cheese burger there about 2 weeks ago ,it was the best cheese burger I had for a long time , real meat, onions were done perfect . I also stop in for breakfast every other weekend , love it !

Had the English style fish and home cut fries with a piece of chicken. It has been years since I had been to a "Deluxe" franchise. The fish was fresh and the batter was to my liking. I think Deluxe has the second best tasting fries for a fast food restaurant. And the chicken was tasty too. I'll be back for a visit soon. Can't wait!
I read all the bad reviews before going here and was very curious. YOU DO ALL REALISE IT'S FAST FOOD!? Reading this before passing through and some people seem to expect fine dining. I found the service friendly and fast, lots of seating available, and we got exactly what we ordered. It wasn't the cheapest, but different than your average drive thru burger and fries.
Our favourite spot to stop on our way through! Food is great quality, fresh and made fresh to order. Breaded fish is generous chunks of fish, lobster roll had big claw chunks, flavourful fresh cut fries. May wait a little longer in the drive thru than a chain burger joint, but it's because the food is made fresh. Advanced tip, drive back under the highway to picnic style your meal at the info centre.
